WELCOME TO DRISHYAKALPO:
While working with people the process of working for people started. This inspiration laid the foundation stone of Drishyakalpo. Drishyakalpo started its journey as a production house. In a very short span of time, under the guidance of renowned senior journalist Mr Palash Mukhopadhyaya, the small sapling has grown, spread its branches and is now in a process of becoming a big tree. Mr Mukhopadhyaya joined Etv as a journalist in the year 1997. Thereafter he worked at many significant posts in various NEWS channels like Kolkata TV, Channel 10, R Plus , Tara News, Calcutta News , to name a few. His experienced and carefully devised thought process has now mingled with the experience of Mr. Sunit Chakraborty. Mr Chakraborty has worked many years with channels like Khabor Ekhon,Tara Tv & R plus. They have come together in an endeavor to do something remarkable. It is needless to say that Drishyakalpo Production House has a unique and independent identity of its own.
Drishyakalpo produces various types of short feature films. Many of those films have already won accolade in and outside India. Sunith Chakraborty of Durgapur has made a national record in driving back gear. Drishyakalpo has made a short documentary film featuring Sunith and his achievements. Directed by Palash Mukhopadhyaya , the film named ‘Pichutane’,was screened in Kolkata Film Festival 2012. Not only in West Bengal , the film was also appreciated while it was screened in London. ‘Nabojagoroner Pothikrit’ is made on the life of a renowned educationalist & social worker of Coochbehar, Mr Haripada Pal. The short feature film has earned praise even in Bangladesh.
Apart from these Drishyakalpo makes short films or documentaries of various Govt & Non Govt Organinations. Drishyakalpo has already made some Govt documentaries for Bankura, Mednipur & Purulia districts.
Under the supervision of Drishyakalpo Production, advertisements or promotional campaign for various products/events are being made.
Apart from the Production House, other wings of Drishyakalpo have eventually started working with success. DICA(Drishyakalpo Institute of Cocurricular Activities) has taken a pioneer step towards providing correct guidance to those who wants to choose journalism or other media oriented jobs as a career. Drishyakalpo Event organizes various events, reality shows and press conference.Abkeshan Sera Radhuni is a popular reality show which was organized successfully last year in various parts of West Bengal. Abekshan a web magazine, has already increased the value of Drishyakalpo’s publication division with innumerable readers in India & abroad. Another successful division of Drishyakalpo is the Holiday Trip which has successfully conducted tours to places yet unexplored in our own state & won love of many guests by providing them adventure with homely comfort.
Mr Palash Mukhopadhyaya, director Drishyakalpo & other teammates are steadily exploring new avenues. Their journey is accompanied with love and blessings. This inspiration has given them the strength to dream to grow bigger.
